I was just served child support papers on my four year daughter that I've never seen because when her mother was five months pregnant she told me the baby wasn't mine, and left me. Ever since I got the papers I've been doing research trying to find some information about my rights and what I can do to be a part of her life. After reading this book I've got the confidence and courage to face the courts and do whatever I've got to do to be a part of my daughters life. Thanks for all this information!

Thanks for the e-book. I found it really interesting there was things i didn't know. I'm from australia. The audios helped and it was fantastic and so did your resources.

The information provided to me has given me the confidence to go ahead and do things where before i didnt have the confidence. I am a single mother of two with two children and it has helped. I've read the info over and over and will go back to the info when needed. I do recommend any one where ever you are from to down load all this information. Thanks very much it did help myself and it will help others. to know that we dont have to do things alone. Its different in my case as theres been abuse from the father and im the one going for custody to protect my young child.

Thankyou again your information did help as when I've browsed on the web all I've found is information on the " fathers rights". I do believe there comes a time where we as mothers have to protect our children in these situations I didn't know I was doing the right thing and began to worry about things but with your support I don't need to worry about things, and reading other feed back from other people does give others a lift as they go through similar things. Remember if you are going through custody of a child never to give up. Some parents use it as a weapon towards the other parent but in dangerous situations I do believe custody is an option especially when the child is at risk. I now know what I need to do. Custody seems to be an uphill battle especially when it comes around factoring child support time! It nice to have an upperhand....and factors that effect courts decisions especially coming from a Family Law attorney. The book covered most aspects and situations that arise, although some did not pertain to my situation, it did help me in many other ways, as well as, those around me.

Here is some feed-back on your book. I think it is an excellent source for parents going through the child custody issues.

I believe that the information included in it is very valuable as it focuses on what a parent can do and how to do it. It has given me the confidence to fight for what is right and just. My ex-husband wants legal and physical custody of our daughter and didn't even attend her birth or hasn't made an effort to call to see how she is or come to visit her. She will be 7 weeks old tomorrow. His court filings are filled with lies and his attorney has printed everything he has said in the filings, without even trying to find out if there is any truth to them.
